I’m a birth and postpartum doula in Cologne. I provide intuitive, unbiased, evidence-based care during pregnancy and postpartum.
My training is rooted in fascia touch (Marcello Windolph, MDB) and Doula and midwifery traditions from cultures around the world.
Holding space, protecting your intimacy and creating the conditions for you to let life go during birth is my dedication.
I began my doula work in 2020 and currently participate in a mentorship at Doula Pathways Berlin (Camalo Gaskin). I am passionate about supporting native Rheinländer such as international families as they navigate birth in Cologne. I speak native German, fluent English and French, basic Spanish.
I am a mother of one girl (2005) and two boys (2005,2010).
